Regulate. Sense. Discern. is a 3-day guided experience , not another course to consume, but a practice to feel.
Each day builds on the last:
Day 1 — Regulate Before anything can shift, your nervous system needs to know it's safe. We start here, because insight can't land in a body that's still braced for impact.
Day 2 — Sense Your body has been talking to you the whole time. Today, you learn to actually listen — to feel the difference between a true "yes" and a habitual "no," before your mind steps in to explain it away.
Day 3 — Discern Regulated. Sensing. Now we ask the real question: is this belief even yours? You'll be guided through your first taste of the Belief Releasing Process a single line of inquiry that cracks open what's possible.
